"MEET OUR ACCREDITED MASTER TRAINERS" 

Orlando A. Dawkins is an Accredited Master Trainer and Approved Training Partner with over 20 years of training, Sales, and Marketing experience. Mr. Dawkins has a degree from Shaw Institute in Digital Marketing and several other certificates in the related field. He is also currently pursuing a Master's at the University of Edinburgh.

Orlando A. Dawkins, President/ Director of Training 

Mr. Dawkins is a Public speaker and is also trained in Mediation at the Justice Training Institute with the Ministry of Justice. In his philanthropic role, Orlando Dawkins is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Ocho Rios East, a nonprofit organization that caters to the needy. Having studied and worked in several States in the US, he has worked as a Sales Manager for Jamaica Tours Limited and Winners Wholesales of the Caribbean.

His introduction to the tourism industry saw him managing the front desk at the Royal Decameron Montego Beach. As a young man, he was a Legal Aid and Privacy Council Clerk at the Jamaica Council For Human Rights. He is currently the Director of the Complete Tourism Training Institute, which partners with the Jamaica Tourist Board (TPDCO) for the execution of the Team Jamaica Program and is also Accredited by the FIB Academy USA-Training and Accreditation Board in the United States of America. 

Althea S. Dawkins, JP - Director of Operations 

Althea S. Dawkins is an Accredited Master Trainer and Accountant, with over 30 years of experience. She pursued a Diploma in accounting at Duff’s Business College and Jamaica Institute of Management. Dawkins also pursued a certificate in finance at the University of New Orleans. 

She serves in the capacity of Treasurer for Association of Jamaica Attractions Ltd (AJAL) for 10 years and First Vice President from 2015. She was given the award “Service Above Self” by the Rotary club of Ocho Rios East for her outstanding  contribution in service, She then became president, after her tenure was presented with an award for “Outstanding Dedication and Leadership”.  In 2015 Jamaica Association of Administrative Professionals (JAAP) honored Mrs. Dawkins was Boss of the Year for the St. Ann 2004/2005 and was the Winner for the National Commercial Bank Nation Builders Award for Women in Business.

She was also commissioned as a Justice of the Peace in 2014. In May 2011, St. Ann Chamber of Commerce presented the Tourism Award to Mrs. Dawkins and her company in recognition for dedicated contribution to the field of tourism and In November 2006 Tourism Product Development Company (TPDCo) awarded her company for “Consistency in Operational Standards “ over the period of 2001 to 2006. In 2010 she received an award from the Ferncourt High School for outstanding contribution and in 2002 she received another award from the then Constabulary Communication Network (CCN), for invaluable contribution. Mrs. Dawkins' greatest fulfillment comes from assisting those in need, especially homeless, which she undertakes both locally and internationally. She never ceased to positively influence the life of those who come in contact with her.

Captain Everton N. Phillips, PFSO, JP -Accredited Master Trainer

A retired military officer from the Jamaica Defence Force Coast Guard, Captain Phillips transitioned into the tourism industry some 30 years ago.

His tourism experience ranges from managing Watersports and SCUBA Diving, Beach Clubs, Recreational Activities, Waterpark to Group Safety, Standards and Training for the largest soft adventure company in Caribbean. Captain Phillips is also a Tourism and Industrial Security Trainer and trained and managed the tourism anti-harassment teams islandwide.Everton Phillips is a passionate Tourism and Security Trainer ready to elevate your skills and enable you to be the best version of yourself.

Clozen O. Ellis -Accredited Master Trainer

Clozen Ellis is an  Accredited Master Trainer and TPDCO Approved Trainer, with over 10 years of hospitality training experience.  Mr. Ellis earns an Advance Diploma In Supervisory Management from FIB Academy USA-Training & Accreditation Board.

With exceptional critical thinking, he provides competent, adequate, dignified, and professional service to all persons. He is easily adaptable to changes in various environment. His quality and standard are focused, goal-oriented, and eager to learn new skills and advancement in the business industry.

Collin C. Hall - Accredited Master Trainer 

Collin C. Hall is an Accredited Master Trainer and Facilitator, with over 25 years of teaching experience at the highest level. Mr. Hall possesses teaching qualifications from the Mico University College, Jamaica, and a Master of Arts Education Degree in Innovations Learning and Teaching, from the University of South Wales, UK. He also holds a postgraduate certification in Leadership and Management from the National College of Educational Leadership.

With endless acceleration, Mr. Hall is a certified facilitator and trainer with the TPDCO Team Jamaica group and the FIB Academy USA-Training & Accreditation Board. He also has several sports coaching certificates in Football, Netball, Badminton, and Sports Mentorship. He has coached several athletes who have represented Jamaica in various sports disciplines. Those skills learned in coaching are further used to enhance the quality of training that he offers in the following areas: Research, Leadership and Management, Supervisory Management, Information Technology, Customer Service, and Hospitality Management.

Nordia Hibbert -Accredited Master Trainer

Nordia Hibbert is An Accredited Master Trainer, with over 7 years of Pedagogy experience.  Ms. Hibbert holds a B.Sc. in Education (Hon) majoring in the Sciences.

During her tenure as an educator, she currently serves as vice chairperson on the board of Management of a primary school and formerly served as president of a community Youth club from where she derived. She has used the skills garnered from her training at Moneague College to facilitate both adults and children alike. Ms. Hibbert holds certification in Sports Coaching and her passions under education include Housekeeping, Décor, Supervisory, and Hospitality. She often applies her knowledge in education daily and as such, is currently pursuing further certification in Adult Learning to enhance her ability to impart knowledge. 

Kevel A. Campbell-Accredited Master Trainer

Kevel Campbell is An Accredited Master Trainer, Project Manager, Motivational Speaker, Supreme Court Mediator, Coach and Justice of the peace, with background in Law and Psychology. With over 25 years of collective experience, Mr.Campbell area of expertise includes Restorative practices, conflict management, conflict resolution and people development.

Mr. Campbell is an engaging thought leader who has inspired and influenced hundreds of leaders across the Caribbean to grow beyond their perceived potential. His experience in people development includes performance management, Transformational leadership, and engagement. His a director of Youth Empowerment Services’ (Y.E.S.DOT), an associate of the Dispute Resolution Foundation (DRF), and an adjunct lecturer at the Justice Training Institute (JTI). 

Mr. Campbell was the general manager for Nexxstepp Life Long Educational Services, as well as working alongside various government ministries to include The Ministry of Justice, The Ministry of National Security, and the Ministry of Education. He is the Vice President for the Jamaica Association of Mediators (with responsibility for the northeast zone) and a board member for the St. Mary Dispute Resolution Center. Mr. Campbell also worked with youths and adults in organizations such as Children First, Save The Children Fund and the Dispute Resolution Foundation’s youth department (DRF), government agencies, individuals, and private sector organizations, in all 14 parishes of Jamaica.
