Course: Professional Mediation Training

This course is designed to be delivered both online and in person. It is structured to be a comprehensive study of the skills and knowledge needed to become a mediator. This course is designed to inform and teach a skill set intended to qualify the successful graduate as a court-certified mediator. Successful graduates of this class may seek registration on the Administrative Office of the Courts mediator’s roster in their jurisdiction. The class is interactive with extensive role play and mediation simulations.
